What’s for dessert tonight? We’ve got the answer! Dessert is often a dilemma, inside of an enigma, wrapped with a jelly … oh, sorry, I guess someone beat us to that one. No worries, though, professional restaurant chef and manager, Chef Dave, is here to help! Nevertheless, dessert can be daunting. Don’t let it be, especially if you have important guests coming. On this page you’ll find Italian recipes and others, including a few old family specials. Tiramisu is probably the most well-known Italian finisher these days. Dave has made tiramisu hundreds times, and in the process, developed one of the best and most unique recipes out there. You’ll be the final judge on that, however.
